1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VibeOS provides browser-based applications with a one-time purchase model. Our apps run entirely in your browser, and we do not require user accounts or store personal data on our servers.

When you purchase an app, you receive a lifetime license to use that app for as long as we continue to provide the service.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider
  • Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes
  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds
  • License keys are delivered immediately upon purchase

4. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means you can use the purchased app for as long as VibeOS continues to operate the service. If we ever discontinue an app or the service entirely:

  • We will provide at least 90 days advance notice
  • We will release downloadable versions of affected apps where possible
  • We will consider open-sourcing the apps so users can self-host

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or transfer your license key to others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our apps
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

All apps, content, and materials provided through VibeOS are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the apps, not ownership of the underlying software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
